One Time Tenant Placement
Ranch and Sea Management performs all the preparatory work: advertising, showing, tenant screening and preparing documents for signing of the lease with appropriate addendums. Thereafter, the owner handles all management activities.
Fees: 50% of the first month’s rent + $300 Administration Fee
As above, with the added management functions of collecting rents, scheduling and supervising maintenance of the property, troubleshooting, processing recurring expenses – mortgages, taxes, insurance, HOA dues, etc – (upon requested), monthly statements and income distribution. Fees: 25% of the first month, $300 set up fee
