We prefer you submit maintenance requests through your tenant portal. Please login to your tenant portal and follow the prompts. If you do not yet have a login password for your tenant portal, please get started below.

Requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, except for holidays. Also, please note that a key will be released to a contractor so they may access the property when and/or if necessary.

Emergency Maintenance Requests:

Please note our offices are open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm. For all emergencies during normal business hours call (760) 722-2114, for any after hour emergencies please call our 24 hours answering service at (888) 606-2184.

  • An emergency causing immediate danger such as fire, call 911
  • An emergency involving gas, call the gas company and if necessary, call 911
  • An emergency involving immediate electrical danger, call the utility provider and/or 911
  • HVAC requests are not considered an emergency; however, Ranch & Sea Management recognizes the importance of these requests and will make it a priority to have the issue repaired
  • Non-working dishwasher, oven/stove, sprinklers, etc. are also not considered emergencies
