Ranch & Sea Realty originally opened for business as part of a franchise network in 1974. The company quickly took its place as a leader in the local real estate market. By 1975 the company outgrew the reasons to remain affiliated with any franchise system and began making plans for a change. Our company management had extensive corporate experience and did not see corporate control as the best business structure to service the on-going needs of real estate clients. In 1976 Ranch
& Sea Realty became one of the strongest, most professional
independent real estate companies in North San Diego county.
